Under the action of the temperature specified in the process, the plastic changes from solid state to plastic object in molten state, and then the plastic is pushed into the machine head by the screw or stirring; The material flow to the machine head, through the annular gap between the die core and the die sleeve, is extruded from the die socket and squeezed around the conductor or wire core to form continuous dense insulation layer or sheath layer of extruded wire and cable , and then after cooling and curing, the wire and cable products are made.
