 Wire extrusion process

 

The insulation and sheathing of the wire and cable are made by continuous extrusion. The extrusion equipment is generally a single screw extruder.

Cable Wire extrusion process

Crosshead

  • Input : 1mm   to   10mm
  • Output : 3mm  to   12mm
  • Extrusion thickness of nylon head:  2 ~ 0.4mm
  • Installed with vacuum system
